Returns
The majority of items listed that are listed on the site are in stock; those which aren't are marked as such. If you place them in the cart the amount of $0.00 will show up. We only dispatch items that are currently in stock. On rare occasions, we may need to make an order for backorder.
Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase however, we're unable to give an exchange or refund.
You are able to return an item if it's unopened and in the same condition as the day you received it. It should also be in its original packaging.
The cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the buyer (unless we have made a mistake (i.e. an item is defective or damaged product). We will cover shipping fees if we are exchanging an item.
